U12 LacrossePoynton Blackbirds Under 12's lacrosse team is the thriving feeder section for the club and aims to provide all children with an equal chance to be involved regardless of ability, and to give both boys and girls the opportunity to learn a great team sport in a positive environment.

Coaching is relaxed and fun and we make sure that all children get a chance to play in Saturday morning games as soon as they are ready. Though the emphasis at this level is all on fun, our youngest team are also very competitive, and in 2007/08 won the coveted Onondaga Cup and the Under 12's 6-a-Side Cup. In 2011 for the first time in many years Poynton Lacrosse fielded two teams at the Under 12 level and will continue to do this for the coming season.
